We offer hot water, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer, toilet paper, and towels

Kitchen

Help yourself to anything in the kitchen. We supply tea and coffee (Nespresso - we provide pods), microwave, stove, refrigerator (2), cooking utensils (pots, pans, cooking oil, salt, pepper), dish washer.

Heating/Cooling

The property has natural ventilation with fans for summer, and baseboard heating located in all rooms with natural wood fireplace in the living room and heated floors for cold weather.

Laundry

There is a laundry and dryer available for you to use on the ground floor, with detergent provided.

Safety

Smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarm, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, security camera at entry points of house.

House Rules

1. Entire home is rented to 1 family at a time.

2. We follow an enhanced cleaning process compliant with COVID.

3. Self check-in at/after 3 pm via email and check-out at 11 am.

4. No smoking allowed.

5. Unfortunately, we do not accept pets at our property.

6. Policy and use agreement must be signed before your stay.

7. All garbage must be taken out at the end of your stay. Please use garbage bin, and recycling bin appropriately.

8. Sink must be emptied and dishwasher must be loaded with all dirty dishes at the end of your stay.

9. All used bed linen must be placed in the furnace/laundry room in the designated basket at the end of your stay.
